Return Eligibility

  • Items delivered with the wrong style or color
  • Orders that are lost or missing during transit

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Your order number

Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

Because our products ship from global fulfillment centers, returning non-defective items is not possible.
